How do I cancel my subscription?

Before you go, we’d like you to consider downgrading to our Succession Planning plan. For $5 a month/$55 annually, you can retain all of the participant’s care information in one place and easily share it with your circle of support.

Downgrading your plan

1. Log into Ability8.

2. Go to the More menu > License.

3. In the left panel, select Plan. 

4. Select the Edit button.

5. Select the Succession Planning plan.

   

6. Enter your Administrator password.

7. Save.

Cancelling your subscription

1. Log into Ability8.

2. Go to the More menu > License.

3. Click the Deactivate button (top right corner).

4. Follow the prompts from there.
